Got some left over pumpkin spice syrup (recipe over at Recipes in English)? Mix a few tablespoons into this tasty pumpkin spice granola!
Ingredients:
2 Cups
Oats
¼ Cup
Pumpkin Puree
3 tbsp.
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1/3 Cup
Chopped Pecans
1/3 Cup
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/3 Cup
Dried Cranberries
1. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix
oats, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice syrup. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, toss mixture once or twice.
3. Mix
pecans and coconut, roast in a pan over medium heat.
4. Stir
pecans coconut and cranberries into roasted oats. Enjoy!
